	Q: How would you best describe the coaching process that occurs in the Mindset for Success personal coaching? While traveling in Italy, Dr Gardner found a new way to explain the transformational impact of personal coaching. She experienced a true epiphany when viewing "The Captive", a sculpture by Michelangelo. In viewing this unfinished piece, she realized that the subject coming out of the stone was as all of us – struggling to get out of the block that holds us back from our greatness. Michelangelo is said to have told his students when he first saw the large piece of marble that would become the Statue of David, "I can see the angel within the stone. All I have do, as an artist, is chip away the debris and release the angel." Dr. Gardner believes each of us have that angel inside of us,waiting to be freed, to give the world the best we have.
